SSW Community Advisory Council

Partnerships

Assist the School in building innovative community-based partnerships that are responsive to local needs in education, research and training. The council provides feedback on current initiatives and helps identify local needs for future endeavors. The council also works collaboratively to create partnerships between the organizations each member represents, other community organizations and the school. These partnerships are mutually beneficial and result in a positive outcome for the community.

Resource Development

Provide guidance and input to the School of Social Work regarding its communications, marketing and resource development efforts. Assist the School to identify and leverage human and financial resources to accomplish community objectives in education, training, and research.
