highlighted a recent visit by a central Florida contingency in
its news publication, Partnership Press (April 2015
The group included architects and urban designers who
will be designing a new pre-school−grade 8 community school in
the Parramore area of Orlando for Orange County Public Schools.
The intensive two-day study visit was co-designed and
co-coordinated by Nancy Ellis, director of UCF's Center for
Community Partnerships, and Hersilia Méndez, director of
communication and external affairs for the National Center for
